I. MY COMMITMENT: I understand that creating a WHOLISTIC LIFESTYLE requires me to invest in my success. As a member of the  Abundant Life Accelerator PROGRAM (ALA), I agree to bring my best attitude and energy for the full 3-months of my experience to ensure that I get maximum benefit for myself, my family, and the contribution I want to make to the world and the Kingdom of God.

The ALA is a ‘done with you’ coaching program. I am responsible for actively participating throughout the program and implementing the complete system in the order it is presented. I agree to “show up for myself” and to spend at least 5 hours a week implementing the system. I agree to a total investment of $3497.00.

To qualify for a refund,  I understand that I must fulfill “My Commitment” (above) to show up for myself and implement the complete program. Participation in a regular program of physical activity has been shown to produce positive changes in a number of organ systems. These changes include increased work capacity, improved cardiovascular efficiency, and increased muscular strength, flexibility, power and endurance.

RISKS:                                                                                                                             

Exercise carries some risk to the musculoskeletal system (sprains, strains) and the cardiorespiratory system (dizziness, discomfort in breathing, heart attack). It is the responsibility of the  program participant to get medical clearance in order to  know of any medical problem that would increase their risk of illness and injury as a result of participation in a regular exercise program. Participation in the Online Program is at one’s own risk.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:                                                                                                 

I, the FAN program participate, hereby expressly and affirmatively state that I wish to participate in the  Faith & Abundance Network ONLINE PROGRAM.  I realize that my participation in this activity involves risks of injury,  and even the possibility of death. I also recognize that there are many other risk of injury, including serious disabling injuries, which may arise due to my participation in this activity and that it is not possible to specifically list each and every individual injury risk. However, knowing the material risks and appreciating knowing and reasonably anticipating that other injuries and even death are a possibility, I hereby expressly assume all of the delineated risk of injury, all other possible risks of injury and even death which could occur by reason of my participation. 

I have had an opportunity to ask questions. Any questions which I have asked, have been answered to my complete satisfaction. I subjectively understand the risk of my participation in this activity, and knowing and appreciating these risks I voluntarily choose to participate, assuming all risk of injury or even death due to my participation.

CHANGES:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion
